A common sensation amongst cosplayers in which they cosplay a character, and said character develops an alternate persona in their head. The character does not take over their consciousness, but often comments on their lives, and can sometimes influence them to do somethin (or else character will complain. relentlessly.) Can be likened to a very annoying, but tolerable alter-ego.
This is also a common ailment for writers and online roleplayers as well.
Person 1: Since when did you start drinking Earl Grey Tea every morning?
Person 2: My inner (character) wanted it.
Person 1: Looks like you have Cosplay Personality Disorder.

Better known as a STD. This is a very real disorder affecting some people in their daily lives. Makes some women’s tits almost non existent besides the nipple.

When an individual becomes so obsessed with Barack Hussein Obama administration, (s)he cannot function without listening to a perpetual all-star rimjob delivered by any of the following men: Mr. Keith Olbermann, Mr. Rachel Maddow, or Mr. Joe Biden.
I noted the presence of Obsessive Obama Disorder when I turned on the television only to find Keith Olbermann on MSNBC fisting himself with a doll that had the face of Barack Hussein Obama.

One that suffers from feeling their writing is eminently significant, produces it in voluminous quantities and in unremarkable (often unsolicited) contexts to such an extent that reading it can result in toxicity for passive observers.

They come off as highly sociable and extroverted and present themselves in an overly dramatic flirtatious manner. They become easily upset and resentful when they're not the center of attention.

Chad: Be careful, that lady is known to have histrionic personality disorder. She'll sleep with any men she can find, but beware of her fits when you don't give her the attention she craves, which is virtually insatiable. Hence why everyone is ignoring her.
