This is a euphemism for anal fingering. Or anal probing with ones phalanges.

Phrase to define when a colleague is having sexual relations with a peer or their manager. Often used on work instant message systems and social networks to avoid rousing any suspicion, particularly if the person in question is already in a relationship outside of work.

squaw poke

When shuffling a deck of cards; you take your finger and poke out several cards from the center of the deck. You then place those cards either on the top or bottom of the deck. This is done for good luck before you deal the cards.

While shuffling the cards the dealer says “squaw poke” and pokes the center cards from the deck as a shuffling move for good luck. Then deals the cards.

Chain Poke

Chain poking is the practice of sexing several sexual partners in succession, sometimes using the condom of a finished sexsesssionto continue the next. The term chain poker often also refers to a person who fornicates relatively constantly, though not necessarily chaining each sexual partner.
