/b/ is 4chan's lost category, you can find anything on /b/, you can't go on the /b/ category directly on the 4chan website but you can go to this category by searching 4chan.org/b/. /b/ is also mentioned in the first two rules of the internet that are basically the same.

Considered by many to be the worst place on the internet. This is not true, even though it has loli porn. The worst place on the internet is /gif/.
