The Town keeps approving new businesses to be built that will fail; this town is littered with empty warehouses and stores, but why move into those when there is so much land to build on? These empty buildings are often filled with evangelical churches, sometimes with one new church across from another. Then, these corrupt churches snag the hopeless and helpless to do their bidding for their church, like work for free. If you value personal freedoms and a steady income, don't move here.
