Tim: Dude, don't forget to get your beetle bumps at the end of world 8-1 because you really suck at this game and need all the extra lives you can get.

A bump fist is where you fist bump upside down
bump fists are normally preformed by an idiot, generally called Aaron, who thinks that doing a bump fist is the normal way to fist bump.
Person 1: wow look at that idiot aaron doing a bump fist

1. An incestuous act with patriotic overtones.
