The predominate mindset among more vocal Tumblr users, where whoever have the most incensed emotions, or whoever has the most “oppressed” attributes (POC, women, etc.) always win every argument, no matter if they are factually right or not. Virtually every Tumblr community engages in some form on this mindset in some way, with Tumblr users especially enjoying to hate on white, cishet, males no matter what their political state is (see: die cis scum, male tears, etc.) Granted, Tumblr logic does not mean Tumblr users are always wrong, this is just a logical fallacy that is often employed by Tumblr users to argue with people who disagree with them, even when said conversation has nothing to do with race, gender, politics, etc. tl;dr: This is an appeal to emotion, appeal to minority, and victim complex that Tumblr engages in at an alarming amount, and due to this repeated fallacious logic, is what gave Tumblr its infamous reputation of “feelings over facts”.
Example of Tumblr logic:
Logical internet user: I dislike your opinion, so I will give out a bunch of (possibly true, this is the internet after all) facts that refute your argument.
Illogical internet user: I dislike your opinion, so here is 13 reasons why you are a sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, Islamophobic, (insert other Tumblr buzzword insults), bigoted scum who’s argument is now completely invalidated due to their alleged bigotry, even if they made actual points.
*The illogical user then gets upvoted for appealing to various minority groups, whereas the logical user gets thrown into oblivion by the seething lynch mob of incensed internet users who want someone to fight against.

Fringe Logic literally means Logic on the fringe of Illogical.
A form of thinking or thought patterns that are based on irrational and or tangent based logic. It is a pattern of thinking based on outlandishness and at times denial of real logic or sound reasoning.
A good example of this is what goes on in the heads of Conspiracy Theorists. Example: people who believe in a flat earth denying scientific observation over what we have known for hundreds of years because of a perception everything we know is wrong.
Another example of fringe logic is when someone drinks poison thinking it will kill whatever is making them sick too leading them to a cure.
Fringe Logic is associated with bad ideas and worse implementation. It also applies to counter culture.
Example 1:
I know you told me you are going to a job interview dressed in drag. I have no clue what fringe logic led you to that idea but I am going to say I hope you like rejection.
Example 2:
Did you hear that guy preaching how our current president is the Anti-Christ? He tried to sound so intellectual but his fringe logic was all over the place. No wonder nobody gets along with that guy.
When someone named noah creates his own logic that has no resemblance at any degree to actual logic and common sense.
Noah logic: I have a headache, I'm going to go play a comp.
Actual logic: I have a headache, I'm NOT going to go play a comp.
A logical lozz is a creature whose life is riddled with mistakes, but uses his logic to overcome these problems with amazingly logical ideas.
Things that work correctly are not allowed near this creature.
A logical lozz scenario:
"The first car was fine until I left the water cap off"
OR
"The second car was fine until I had to rebuild the engine"
OR
"The third car was fine until I crashed it"
The words one shouts ( as loudly as possible ) when they use logic to either:
1)Win an argument
2) Debunk a theory
3) Show someone just how stupid they are
Human 1: I can't believe i did so badly on the test, I even studied for it !
Human 2: That's because you studied for the wrong test you idiot.

Logic used by those who are anti-intellectual

Logic for people who don't like logic. Kind of like computer logic, only more stupid stuff that no one uses.
