A femboy is someone who fully identifies themselves as a male but dresses in a feminine way. Not to be confused with a transfer who identifies as a girl. No they don't have to be born a boy. They only requirement for this term is that they identify as a boy and dress feminine.
A feminine boy. Typically refers to a trans subculture which shares an interest in stuffed animals (especially sharks), wearing thigh high socks, spinny skirts, and practicing femininity purposely, usually while engaging in other pursuits like video games, fishing, or blacksmithing. While not all femboys are trans, the majority are eventually transfem and the subculture offers community which leads to support networks, relationships, and access to hrt. It's similar to drag in concept and niche but it's not exaggerated in the same way.

Some Femboys use a feminine voice while other do not. A lot of Femboys tend to have Daddy Issues, which is the lack of a father in their life, resulting in the desire to have a strong man as a partner. Most Femboys are gay, while others may br straight, bisexual or other. They have a tendency to drink monster energy in excess and stay up late, using apps such as Discord. They may identify as a male, female or other.
