This type of hug can be any type of awkward hug from someone much shorter than you.
Warning: a mismatched heights hug may leave you smothered breathless by something uncomfortable like cleavage, crotch, or knees.
Someone who discriminates against the height of someone else. Often times short people are the targets of height racists, but in a few rare instances tall people are the target. The victims of a height racist are often put down. This greatly offends the victims.
Cael: "You're as short as my friend Tyler!"
Hailey: "That's offensive, Cael."
(Offensive as in It's offensive to be that short)
