To gag someone means to make fun of them, or to roast someone. Usually, people say they've gagged someone when the other person was being rude first then they humble them.
"Did you see that girl? She totally just gagged her friend!"

When you humble someone real quick or you say something that brings them to a point where they are lost for words, especially in an argument.
