Noun- A place that is well constructed, minimal, and most importantly-discreet. Some pallets and walls with headroom and an exhaust fan make for a perfect thug shack, and the way to get the most mileage out of one is to pack like 6 friends in there and spark fat blunts. The best part about the TS is that it can even be right next to your house. Akin to a man cave, the thug shack is where real men hang out.

Those who refused in many cases have their vehicles vandalized or get physically attacked. The Mayor and states attorney do nothing about it. So, if you want to rob and assault others Baltimore City is for you.
