The usual meaning of burrito is the same with most Mexican foods. In all terms it means an intense (often unpleasant) emotion

To take out all the contents of a backpack, turn it inside out, and put all contents back in. You must then zip up the backpack with the straps inside, making it look like a lump sack, or a burrito.

Originated from an episode of Beavis and Butt-Head entitled "Incognito," which is the 4th episode in Season 3, where they say they are "in burrito" but meaning "incognito."
