Literal meaning, a lame inside joke. Urban Dictionary strongly advises you report all inside jokes because the admins don't understand and feel left out. P.S. /shrug please don't get mad admins.

We'll reject inside jokes is another one of the main Rules that is not followed and ignored by the users and editors of this webshite.
Urban Dictionary: Don't name your friends. We'll reject inside jokes and definitions naming non-celebrities.
Inside-jokes are typically lame and generally unfunny to everyone but the few who understand them; culture inside-jokes are likewise invariably stupid yet accepted by most in a given culture as excellent.
Cultural inside-jokes need not be about comedy! Anything and anyone can be a cultural inside-joke. The only requirement is that the appreciation for the thing or person extends far beyond reasonableness and clearly reflects the sentimentality and bias of a given culture.
If you want to see an excellent example of a cultural inside-joke, just head down to a Modern Art Museum!

When you turn your hands into a claw like shape point your finger tips at each other and move them in a way as if your solving a rubrics cube then simultaneously making a deep sound similar to that of a whale making sweat love to a cow. Going a little something like this " Whab, whab, whab" This gesture can be used in many situations such as explaining lesbian sex to a young child teaching and telling your fiends this is what you did his/hers mom last night. The goal of this gesture is to instill fear and confusion.
