With a genesis in the circus, "Hey Rube" is hollered when an individual wants to call for help from his entire team in an emergency.
If someone is being attacked, they would yell out "Hey Rube" and his compatriots would rush to rally to his defense.

A noob or indivdual who lacks skills most commnly in Diablo or Diablo 2., and is murdered to help higher levels gain experience. Rube is used in public chat to avoid giving away one motives, rubes can also be used to refer to rubies.

(Derrogatory.) A cubicle in which an entry-level IT or clerical employee works, typically far from the break room and restroom and having no windows.
The new employee did not take lightly the fact that her workspace was refered to as a "rube cube" by the other employees.
