shepherds baby

The phenomenon that occurs after one has consumed a large portion of shepherds pie, to the extent of abdominal bloating and distention that resembles pregnancy.

I ate so much of this delicious shepherds pie that I seem to have a "shepherds baby!" (Subject rubs protruding tummy)

Shepherd Book

Derrial Book (commonly called Shepherd Book and born as Henry Evans) is a fictional character played by Ron Glass in the science-fiction/Western television series Firefly and its sequel movie, Serenity. He is a Shepherd (the literal English translation of the clerical title "Pastor", from the Latin), and provides frequent spiritual advice and perspectives for the crew of Serenity.

"Firefly: Our Mrs. Reynolds (#1.3)" (2002)
Shepherd Book: to Mal If you take sexual advantage of her, you're going to burn in a very special level of hell. A level they reserve for child molesters and people who talk at the theater.

sea shepherd

Violent extremists with no ethics nor morals. They will stop at nothing to force their extremist minority views upon the majority fascism. They have endangered the lives of others, celebrated their deaths, distorted the facts, and attacked others to propagate their cause.

The Canadian coast guard should have torpedoed the farley mowat for endangering lawful seal hunters and for ramming other ships. The sea shepherd’s claims of being in international waters at the time are as preposterous as their antics.

How appropriate of the sea shepherds to bail out two of their farley mowat crew members with twoonies. They wanted to exchange two loonies for a twoonie!

German Shepherd

A breed of dog developed in Germany by Captain Max Von Stephanitz. The only breed of dog that can do multiple jobs, not just one, which is why they are commonly used by police departments and for search and rescue. Many aspects of the German Shepherds' temperament and conformation are extremely misunderstood even today. They are not overly aggressive, nor do they inflict any more bites per year to other dogs and people than any other large dog breed, and IF they do so it is due to lack of knowledge and skills of people who think they deserve this type of dog as a "pet". Because of it's loyalty and bonding to it's family "pack", it can easily be made aggressive by ignorant people who train it for such and cannot handle its power. The breed needs extra mental and physical exercise. The German Shepherd Dog was developed for work on many levels. The GSD has separate lines, or different types. Working Lines, (such as the DDR), German High lines (German Show) and American Show (the common black and tans seen in such movies as "I AM Legend". Mixing of these lines is not unheard of, but not desired. The German Shepherd Dog does not require an firm hand; it requires a handler who understands it and can positively develop its power and intelligence while correcting with positive reinforcement. Several groups exist today to better the education of this outstanding, intelligent, and exceptionally loyal breed of dog.

German Shepherd Dog Club of America, SV, WDA.

My GSD is 1st cousin to Abby, the dog who played Sam in "I Am Legend". She is of working and show line lineage. We currently do schutzhund, herding, and SAR.

Shepherd's Syndrome

A rare yet deleterious medical condition in which the sufferer is under severe stress due to trying to fit in with the flock (become popular) and as a result is unable to get one's sheep to the top of the mountain. Common in males ages 20-30.

Ron was so stressed trying to fit in with the lads that when he eventually got a girl home he got Shepherd's Syndrome and had to sleep alone.

Sherri Shepherd

v. 1. to draw a great deal of heat and negative attention (even from the unlikeliest of people) to oneself as from a show of shocking mental retardation; to make a fool or an ass of oneself
2. to draw attention to oneself as by devouring food in great quantities in an obnoxiously conspicuous and gross fashion
3. To say absolutely nothing during a group conversation in less it is to do one of the above 2 definitions

Oscar was assaulted by all of his classmates, as well as all of the teachers outside of the campus grounds for the Sherri Shepherding he did during his classes; he made comments such as, "I don't know if the earth is flat. I've never thought about it. I think we all need to go to the library." This ultimately his classmates and his science teacher and once word got around the school about it, it pissed off everyone else as well.

thirty-four year old Verona was laughed out of her third grade class and pwned over and over and over again by all of her friends, as well as her parents, after she Sherri Shepherded on the subject of sexual intercourse; Verona admitted to being a virgin because she "just ain't not know what sex is. It never crossed my mind. I'm too busy trying to figure out where babies come from to worry about silly, unimportant things like sex."

Although Natasha isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer, she doesn't Sherri Shepherd or do anything too outrageously idiotic.

Samuel didn't exactly Sherri Shepherd as he was never harshly raked over the coals or even noticed for his moronic comments; I guess he's attractive and popular enough to be an idiot without Sherri Shepherding.

German Shepherd

A nickname for pope Benedict XVI. Along with other terms such as papa ratzi, B16, and papa ben, this phrase may be considered either endearing or offensive, depending upon whether the speaker is a practicing Catholic or not. (similar to the N word among Blacks). German shepherd is a pun on the pope's German background and his role as shepherd of the Christian church, and it plays on the practice of some members of the media calling him a rottweiler during his days as head of the CDF.

God bless our German shepherd!
