A punctuation mark most commonly used to show extreme excitement and/or shock. Since in most keyboards holding down SHIFT and pressing "1" creates an exclamation point, "!!1!" is used to imply that the writer didn't check what they were doing or that they were in a rush.
EXAMPLE 1:
Person 1: Hey, little boy! You're mom's in the hospital. She asked me, a complete stranger, to come to your school while you were switching between classes and pick you up. So, wanna get in my car? I've got candy! Don't worry, I'm not a rapist!
Person 2: OMGWTFNO!!1!
EXAMPLE 2:
Person 1: I JUST WON THE LOTTERY!!1! ZOMG!!1!!!1!

Person 1: Y3S WAYZ!!1!!!1! I JUST WON THE LOTT3RY!!1!

In 1992 Larry Johnson of the then Charlotte Hornets was playing basketball. He got fouled and made the basket. You get the points from the shot "AND 1" free throw. Which he started yelling when he played.
The original logo of the AND 1 company is Larry Johnson.

The inverse (x^-1(to the -1 power)) of the question marks... this is rarely ever seen since the ^ key is so annoying to look for, unless you already know what it is. The actual meaning is not as well known; but it is easily either
1)coming from someone who in actuality has no questions
2)coming from someone who wants someone to ask them a question so they can look smart
3) coming from someone who really has absolutely no idea what's going on at all (like towlie)
1:
Person A: does everyone understand?
Mathgeek3.15: ?^-1
2:
Person A: does anyone have any questions?

Person A: everyone got it?
