Theories going around at the moment point to the well sought-after sequel being hidden in the 2012 music video, Gangnam style, by PSY, a K pop artist from South Korea. Further evidence shows that PSY will be part of Despacito 2, when it finally releases. Other theorists say that the governement is holding back the release of the song, and it may never see the light of day.
