Shark Snout: noun - shahrk snout
A shark snout is a semi rare tropical and subtropical species. It can best be described as the anatomical converse of the infamous "Whale Tail". It entails a member of the male species wearing ill fitting female underwear. When viewed from the frontal plane, the male testes (balls, scrot, etc...) are pendulous on either side of the thin material dividing the apparatus. It is often too dangerous a creature to view in the direct wild.
eg) "Dude, you better get your boyfriend... He's high on PCP, running around outside in the street, and rockin' a shark snout."

A person who issues illegal loans, with outrageous interest, and if you don't pay it back over a certain period of time, he a) breaks your legs, b) breaks your face c) kills you.

Much like a shark, this person under-exaggerates their ability at certain games. The jerk factor is added by the fact that this person does this to friends, not unsuspecting pool hall drunks.
Richard invites Greg over to play Guitar Hero, saying that he is only on Easy mode. Greg comes over only to get his butt whipped by someone who can 5 star his way through hard.
Under normal circumstances, Richard would be a shark. Because he did this to a buddy, he is a "jerk shark"
