Person who bums a buzz off of another.
Buzz bum ex.1 That person who always seems to be around when someones got a joint or some beers (any drug). Then proceeds to get high or drunk on someone elses supply.
When someone doesn't know it's actually called lip balm, they call it lip bum. Don't ask me why they do it, they just do.
