A term used to describe a condition in which a patient deludes their selves into thinking that the train wreck that is their life is actually caused by design. Bi-winning is often a side effect of cocaine abuse.

Symptoms include:

1)Hiring two hookers and full time girlfriends.
2)Delusions of being a warlock from another dimension.
3)Delusions of having a funny show.
4) Wanting to start a cooking show to support your coke habit.
