Derived from "third wheel", but to the long-term extreme.

After several people eat taco bell and let it simmer for 15 min causing extreme bowel movements and then perform a circle jerk interpretation on a towel. Afterwards they twist it to create a potent extraction that the then proceed to save in jars and save for later use.

A negative term used when calling someone a name to bring them down. A duleys towel can also be referenced as a "sperm rag" and is considered one of the most foul names to be called.
bad friend- "i totally ate the last hot pocket man, looks like youre going to have to buy more"
normal friend- "STFU you duleys towel and buy everyone more hot pockets.........bitch."
Referencing to how someone is so faded about to pass out like their body is a towel hanging on a rack because the whole upper portion of the body is bent over and the arms and head are hanging down dangling towards the floor about to touch their toes.

A towel movement is an especially messy and/or large bowel movement that requires a towel or towels to wipe and clean up.
