A productive economy produces wealth because they have something to sell that the rest of the world wants. When a country no longer produces anything, and simply spends money feeding one-another at fast food places, buying foriegn oil and toys, they are only spending savings until it's all gone and the economy will circle the drain. Spending money on bullets doesn't help either, but mostly a failing economy can be characterized by asking if any money is flowing into the country. If the answer is no, down we go.

A virtual smoking circle.
when two or more people chatting online are smoking weed as tho they are in a real smoking circle, this is done by hitting a bowl they have loaded and saying "puff puff pass" to signify that you have hit it the pipe and are passing it to the next in rotation. Each person involved would wait thier turn to hit there own loaded bowl and say "puff puff pass" after having done so until all but one persons pipe is gone.
*While thic could be done with things other then pipes, such as a bong or other device, it would not be recommended you try this with anything rolled because it will be wasted, while you wait for your turn.
1: Hey wanna have a virtual circle?

n. A congregation of collegues, who in turn have become friends. These meetings are required to have alcohol being consumed by each of the members. Often disscusion at these meeings ranges from politics to women.
The only thing that is getting me throught the week is the thought of Friday's Dialogue Circle.
