refers to the day of the week, followed by Thursday, in which guys go to the gym before going out to solely work on the arms (firearms) and then proceed to kick off the weekend of partying with shotgunning a beer thereafter (firearm)... a total frat move
"Firearm Friday is tommorow, so we have to do bi's and tri's at the gym for the ladies right before shotgunning those Budweisers"

Due to the popularity of shows like Mad Men, games like L.A. Noire and a resurgence of overall classiness, and in part a rebellion against the hip-hop, grunge, "swag" culture of many high schoolers, Formal Fridays are a day for 20-somes and college students to dress in more formal attire, listen to big band and jazz music and sip straight liquor on the rocks.
Can't wait to wear this new skinny tie on Formal Fridays at the bar.

Femboy Friday is a holiday where every friday you have to admit your a femboy (even if your not) and also speak/act like your a femboy.
You can even go the extra mile by acting like a furry femboy.

VSCO Friday is we’re all girls have to dress like a VSCO Girl and Boys have to have a Scrunchie on his wrist all day from there crush or girlfriend only on Fridays
Cady and Emily had an oversized shirt with leggings underneath with a “hydro flask” and slides on with Scrunchies on there wrist and a shell necklace and a metal straw because it was VSCO FRIDAY.
Sammy and William have a scunchie on there wrist from there crush only because it was VSCO FRIDAY
