Term used in the aircraft manufacturing industry to describe built, but unsold, aircraft.
Aircraft ordered and paid for by an airline are painted in the company's livery before delivery. Unsold aircraft are painted all white while waiting on a company to buy them.
In the early days of Airbus, they had several white tail A-300's on the ramp at Toulouse until Pan Am bought them.

A sarcastic nickname for Whiting, Indiana. It has to do with the non-stop cruising on 119th Street that was commonplace in the 1970s.

Having a strong desire for a product or service frequently consumed by young and affluent white women. For example, certain kinds of clothes or food (Starbucks, Ugg boots, etc.)

When a white person (usually unprompted) apologizes for the perceived culture of racism that prevails today. Not to be confused with making a heartfelt apology for an instance of racism.
White person- "Hey I saw you eating lunch over here and just felt compelled to tell you I am sorry for the prevailing culture of racism that has historically kept your people down and prevented you from being a self-actualizing human being."
Person of color- "Thank you?"
Later that day
Spouse of person of color- "how was your day?"
Person of color- "it was pretty good. I was late getting to work after lunch because of white apology again."

Legal buying and selling, face to face, completely outside of any governmental regulations and unknown to any government agencies.
The White Market is when a transaction is private and nobody has to legally report it to any governmental entity.
Selling your stereo to your friend. He doesn't have to pay any sale tax on the item. You don't have to pay any income or other tax to sell it.

There are two common usages of that term.
1. Noticing someone / some people simply have white coloured skin.
2. People that are weird in a typical way for white people. When a white man / woman behaves like other white people, most often doing something cringe, we can call them white man / woman. It doesn't mean that their culture, look etc. are treated like it's cringe or weird. That term is used certainly by black people. In my opinion it's not racist, because same goes with term of "black people" or "asian people". Sometimes that definition is used in racist way like: "Actually only white would fall if they were punched.", it's racist because other race people colud also fall after a punch.

a primarily white rough or proverty stricken city or town. the people there that some would consider "wiggers" are not wiggers at all. you are a product of your enviroment. they jus' as thug as any other thug.
