A theory that states that anyone acting retarded while not having any mental health issues will later in life become retarded due to the brain being tricked by a person's actions that itself is afflicted with such condition. A theory pioneered by R. Khan that predicts the number of arrangements (A) there are for a number, n, of cross-over points in the loop. It turns out, after much study, A = 2n.
In a loop with 2 crossover points, there are 4 different arrangements. I learned this using LOOP THEORY!

The "Fromoutta Theory" is used when someone asks for data or information that is extremely difficult to extract and or quantify. The end result is information is pulled "from outta my your end."
I was asked to provide anticipated sustainment costs based on numerous assumptions so I used the Fromoutta Theory to get the answer.
