After a short period of over-exuberant comparisons of hair product and favourite Madonna songs, a nasty fight will ensue with an explosion of malicious office gossip, posturing, weeping and tearful accusations. Only the strongest office homo will remain - the other(s) will either make an ignominious departure, or go straight.
