When a specific song is edited in a program or on the web to swap the beats 2 and 4, to make it sound weird.
Sometimes this turns out to make the song better instead of worse.
Undertale/Deltarune/Earthbound Halloween Hack songs are Immune to this, and beat swapping always makes the song better.
