Creeper's canon

Acceptable as well as unacceptable behavior for creeps can be found in the Creeper's Canon.

Little Pauly was scared his creepiness was too easily detectable so he thumbed through a copy of his uncle Willy's copy of the Creeper's Canon for some useful tips on avoiding undue suspicion.

non-canon

A word used by those who write fanfiction. It refers to a idea, storyline, or pairing ect. that was not promoted in the original work the fanfiction was based on. Antonym of canon.

The fanfiction's plot was so non-canon that readers could hardly make a connection between it and the original work.

Head canon

An interpretation of a piece of media that is not shown or confirmed in the original but is believed to be true simply for preference.
May also include direct deviations from the canon.

In a perfect world, instead of Philip, Grog would have recited Percy's full name perfectly as his 'fancy name' and, after a moment of stunned silence, Percy would have added, 'You can just call him Percy.'"

...This is my new head canon.
