A slightly known colleague or friend of a friend whose name you can't be bothered to remember. Or can be used to attract a strangers attention.
Can also be employed to annoy people that you know really well.
Serves especially well when you start a new job - just call everyone Ken; the boss, the women, the copier etc.

Ken

A perverted elderly man who inappropriately becomes involved with his sons girlfriend. When confronted the initial reaction of the Ken to a perceived humiliation is a conscious rejection of the humiliating input. The Ken tries to ignore it, talk it out of existence, or belittle its importance. If this crude mechanism of cognitive dissonance fails, the Ken resorts to denial and repression of the humiliating material. He "forgets" all about it, gets it out of his mind and, when reminded of it, denies it.
