A young teenager or pubescent thought to be juvenile or sexually inexperienced and hence somewhat insignificant. a "teeny-bopper".
Example 1: "Last night I tried to kry a doppie at the bar, but the place was full of pippi-jorlers!"
Translation: "Last night I tried to score an alcoholic drink at the bar, but the place was full of young irksome teeny-boppers."
Example 2: "Man, the beach was crammed with pippi-jorlers yesterday."
Translation: "Man, the beach was filled with very young annoying teenagers yesterday."

The half pippi is a side ponytail inspired by Pippi Longstocking's hairstyle. It's a side ponytail on either side of the head, placed as far to the front of the head as possible and as close to the temple as the length of the hair will allow. The half pippi is a pony only one one side of the head. Inspiration: I am Pippi Longstocking, hope and a hay and a hope sha na. And, yeah, I opened up the gate.

Derived from the Swedish fictional children's character, an affliction that can occur in men at any when they have a difficult time wearing slacks off-the-shelf. The trouser gives the appearance of an untailored look, and reveals an overly long front panel and extended crotch.
