The phrase is in reference to the Yugioh card "Alleister the Invoker" and "Salamangreat Almaraj". The phrase is 2 steps of a simple combo that allows you to put "Invoked Merchaba" on board and with relative simplicity. It is known for being extremely simple and sometimes repetitive for how basic but effective it is.
