It's a cross between a rebuff and a rebuttal. When a woman rebuffs a guy sexually by refusing a sexual advance and then makes it worse by arguing the point and reminding you of all the reasons why you shouldn't do it.
I got yet another rebuffal from Cindy last night. If she doesn't want to do it, that's fine. But this isn't debate class. Ok, so she's my cousin! Her sister was much more cooperative.

It is frustrating to see the swirling circle slow down, as if the download is complete, only to start all over again. I am so sick of my computer, it is five years old and simply doesn't work anymore. Every time I try to download videos, I don't just get buffering, I get mega rebuffering and that dang circular icon is on the screen forever.
