Ultimate Violation

A devious act that involves sneaking up from behind on an individual, slamming your hand with a downward force onto their shoulder while shoving your other hand far into their posterior region. When done with force and precision, this act can be friendship altering.

* Sneaking up is important for it throws the element of surprise into the overall act.

* Even more important is counteracting the victim's natural reaction of jumping or lifting up when an object penetrates their anus. By holding the victim down while administering your hand, you make the victim have to 'sit there and take it.'

Chris was a different man after he was given the ultimate violation.

hr violation

1) human resources violation - breaking policies set in place by the Human Resources Departmant of the company you work for. Often the policy in question has to do with improper language in the workplace, in which case this becomes a synonym for saying something rude, crude, or politically incorrect.

2) human rights violation - taking away the rights people have as a result of being human. Torture, slave labor, and genocide are some examples of human rights violations.

1) "You have made countless dirty jokes, off-color remarks, and racist, sexist, and homophobic comments, and forced the rest of us to pretend to be amused. In short, you are, as another co-worker put it, 'a walking H.R. violation'"
-- from an anonymous letter on a website called Kiss My Freckled Ass Goodbye

2) "Helsinki Commission Speaks out on HR Violation in Russia"
-- a headline on Human Rights House Network's website

Brady violation

1. In football, a term describing the deflating of footballs. See Deflategate.
2. A legal term describing the affirmative duty of the prosecution to disclose any material evidence favorable to the defendant and relevant to the prosecution’s case in chief. The evidence that must be turned over is any evidence that would tend to nullify guilt or reduce culpability or punishment.

Deflategate v. Pats (holding that deflating footballs is uncool (i.e., a Brady violation)).
