In VTuber culture, Forbidden Knowledge refers to the past life and identity of a VTuber talent. The reason it's called this way, is because the voices/talents of VTubers are meant to be anonymous beyond their VTuber persona.

Then, Mr. Power Boner shows up and tries to knowledge bully me using some bull-shit theory of economic growth projection...we won't be gettin' that raise. What a dick head...

A person telling someone, about or how to do something, when in reality the person does not know what they are talking about and is talking dangerous ignorance.
Listening to false knowledge is more dangerous the ignorance.
