Cheek Lift

Lifting one or both cheeks while shitting to prevent the need to wipe afterwards.

Used first in 1942 in WW2 to prevent undergarment soiling on the field, the cheek lift was and still is widely used to this day.

Bakke Lift

to lift a girl up to your shoulders by her thighs and hold her there while you eat her out, rather than bending down. This feat requires unquantifiable strength, and is therefore considered quite manly. Lift Fart
