The Roman Empire was very powerful, especially in AD 117, when they controlled most of Europe. The emperor was Julius Caesar. (I think there were more, but I can't be bothered to list all of them.) They were very civilised, at the time, and apparently knew how to keep order.

Roman is the coolest guy you’ll ever meet. He’s cool, charming, sweet, hot, funny, athletic, and so smart. Although he has a bunch of girls trying to be his girlfriend, he only wants one girl the most. But he’ll never tell you because he doesn’t even know that. He skates and can do any trick you can name.
