The "Fromoutta Theory" is used when someone asks for data or information that is extremely difficult to extract and or quantify. The end result is information is pulled "from outta my your end."
I was asked to provide anticipated sustainment costs based on numerous assumptions so I used the Fromoutta Theory to get the answer.

Music theory is the rules of music. Music has rules. Modern musicians do not follow these rules. Counterpoint does not exist in modern music. Power chords dominate everything. We are back in the days of parallel organum, but even worse. Modern musicians usually recieve no training, and therefore suck. Music-reading ability is the rudiment of musicianhood. If a person cannot read music (no, I am not talking about tablature, either), then he is not a musician.
God bless the few classical musicians who keep real music alive for our posterity. I just hope this musical dark age will end soon. Luckily for me, however, it is very easy to be a musician, especially one with guitar ability, since the expectations for a guitarist are non-existant.

Conspiracy Theory: the fictitious explanation involving mysterious and vague "powers" that are tied to the failures of those afflicted with the delusion. This shifting of blame provides an emotional fulfillment that explains their own failings without requiring difficult introspection and self-assessment. Depending on degree of delusion, it can encompass a secretive plot that includes pretty much everyone that the subject considers adversaries, even on a global scale.
It is an especially pernicious affliction from a clinical standpoint since the arguments are airtight. Every piece of evidence against it will be viewed as an attempt to "misinform the public", and the lack of evidence for it is viewed as a government cover-up since nothing can constitute evidence that the conspiracy is fictitious.
At best, you'll always fail to sway the subject but you can help innoculate others through reason in dialogues and debates, such as the problem of scaling." This semester, I am taking lol theory with Professor Lolita Grant.
Although lol theory is part of the uni's core curriculum, most students take it for the lulz.
