Originally (before the internets), someone that has stuff to prove to everyone while no one cares. A lot of efforts to blow a fart. With the internets : someone that will go above and beyond for some stupid crap no one cares about.

An extremely cringey, total tard, that probably psychopathic, man-child that doesn't know when or how to give up. The man-child will keep trying his very hardest effort, increasing the level of effort in hopes that one day, it will work. Unfortunately it will never work out.
