A typical ‘vsco boyfriend’ is a guy with messy hair, most of the time brown (natural). He wears large hoodies that he gives to his girlfriend, in exchange of a scrunchie. He usually has freckles and a cute smile. He sends cute snapchats, messages and calls in the middle of the night to say he loves you. Typical phrase is “felt cute, might delete”
Kristy: “Omg my boyfriend called me at 3am to say that he loved me”
Ellie: “he’s such a vsco boyfriend, keep him!”
The act of hiding any objects you would rather your boyfriend did not see. These objects usually include cheesy movies, bad music, tampons, Bridget Jones pants, old toys (e.g. barbies, teddy bears you still sleep with, etc), retainers and posters of celebrities fitter than them.
Polly:Hey, can I come over later? I wanna watch Sex and the City.
Sophie:Sorry, just finished boyfriend proofing my room, all chick-flicks are in a box on top of my closet.
Polly: Ok, cool. Don't forget about Malibu Barbie!
