In South America, a "saco de wasted" is a saco de huevas ('sack of balls' in english) that is wasted. Instead of the usual "saco de huevas" (which means an extremely stupid and egocentric guy), this stupid mf is wasted.

Spades-give the amount
Clubs-take the amount
Hearts-social the amount
Diamonds-waterfall that amount or longer
Aces-finish drink
Ace of spade-everyone finishes
I always start my night playing Get Fuckin Wasted, because its fun and i'll be drunk after playing it.

The general point of intoxication surpassing that of "white boy wasted" Generally accomplished after a night of crack rocks and /or Hennessy, Gin and juice, and gorging on KFC.
