-I'm 60 and heard this almost 40 years ago. An old guy(only 5-6 years older)(and I didn't trust anyone over 30) asked me what a cunt is. I told him a vulgar anatomy description. No, he said, it an acronism for "can't understand normal thinking"

A cuss word meaning vagina. It is also used as an insult towards others (not specificly women).
I honestly don't see how 'cunt' is a sexist term. If it is then words like 'dick' and 'cock' would be sexist terms towards men also and they're not. They're also used towards women sometimes too.
