I don't know why this word and it's definition are not well known.
It is Mexican lingo for "crackhead".
"Chupa" is crack and "cabra" is taken from cabeza meaning head.
A single word of exclamation to declare that someone is a crackhead, the Central America Spanish speaking people will simply remark, "Chupacabra!"
Someone who still leaves hickeys on the necks of people like they were still in junior high.
