Flat-billed hat with no curve to the bill. Trendy amongst urban youth and extreme sports crowd from circa 2006-? Although trendy, it makes the wearer appear mildly to severely retarded.
Joe's ducky hat was a pink New York Yankee hat, with a flat bill. It made him look "special."
