Oof is something you say to someone when they say that they get in trouble.

You: OOOOOOOF.
Usually used when someone gets roasted, after someone (or you) falls, and when anything in life go's wrong.
After I saw my test results I said, "oof, a sixty-nine percent! "
Or
As I fell I yelled, "oof!" On the top of my lungs.
