the giddy, hyper feeling that comes with working on a complex puzzle, specifially those with over 1,000 pieces. typically one will face an extended depressed period of puzzle frustration, successfully connect a new piece and/or scene, and consequently experience uncontrollable laughing and giggling as a result of an emotional puzzle-ing rollercoaster.
Kate and Peter have been diligently working on this puzzle for hours, but it was only after Kate epically connected the giant sperm whale to the coral reef that she's been laughing non-stop from having puzzle high.

a girl with an ass that is kind of unattractive but you can't stop starring at it. And later when you think back to the event you find yourself puzzled as to why you looked at it for so long.

A bad dude/thing in a game that can only be beaten with a specific, usually obscure tactic or item.
Trolls, the classic puzzle monster of D&D, can only be killed by fire and acid. If you don't have those, you're basically screwed.
When you crawl into bed to cuddle with your love and the two of you fit together perfectly just like matching puzzle pieces.
