A civilian who listens to too much drill and starts to think they are a gangster. Over time, the civilian will use NY and Chicago slang, saying they are never lack and that they have opps. Lastly, they will purchase a ski mask

"He's totally pulling shiesty on me." For example, someone who rips you off or is skimping you out of something.
Referring to a time of intimacy of some sort.
