An adjective with similar meaning to the word mid. Basically something neutral; or not great, but not terrible. It’s most often used to describe an object/food, but it can be used for anything.
Person 1: How was your day today?
Person 2: Eh, pretty shrugged.
‘I was excited for these nachos but they’re kinda shrugged’
A body or facial expression (movement) done by Hispanic individuals to express doubt, unfamiliarity, unawareness and/or inexperience in situations where simply ‘shrugging’ your shoulders is an acceptable response. This is frustrating to different cultures (mainly American) because simple body movements, don’t answer all of life’s woes.

Used mainly in text but is more fun to say aloud. It's used when someone is telling you something you don't care about, don't have an opinion about or just don't want to hear.

When you are being fake and you smile and say "it is fine, "you look nice", "I don't mind" And shoulder shrug. In the South it is "Bless your heart"

The act of ignoring a movie that will be in theaters because you know it will be on some streaming service sooner than later.
The movie didn't do as well as projected because of mass audience stream shrugging. We'll see better numbers from home viewers later.
