A mis-spelling of the word "haha" often used when typing the word with one hand using swift input. If your finger starts at the "j" instead of "h", it becomes "jags".
It means, good or bad, amazing or embarrassing depending on the way it is used.

A verb to be used when one means serious business, and wishes to express their anger. Can mean to hurt, burn, kill, or basically just fuck the person up.
