The part of Seal Beach, CA south of the Seal Beach pier. Basically where all the potheads hang out who are from Los Alamitos/Long Beach area. It is known for being a place where drug dealers, racists, and druggies hang out. A lot of the stoners from Los Alamitos High School go here and get high and drunk all day everyday. Usually there is a set group of kids who hang out here so often they "own" the beach. Common areas where stoners are seen are under the pier and in the parking lot located South of the pier.

A town in Halfmoon Georgia that know completely nothing about safety, all Citizens literally carry weapons or firearms including children. The Police excessively beat people while a local gang named the "Reds" made to liberate the town just robs the stores and shoots up people.
