Hells Teeth is a Geordie phrase of exclamation, it means the same as "for gods sake" or any other phrase that you can think of that is spontaneously said when one is surprised or shocked.

Refers to rapper Durrell Mohammad, better known as Hell Rell, his stage name. Member of rap group The Diplomats. Other members include Cam'Ron, Jim Jones, Juelz Santana, Freekey Zekey, Duke Da God, J.R. Writer, 40 Cal, Katt Williams and the DipSkate duo. Also commonly refered to as Ruger Rell and Hardest Out. Mixtapes include 2006's Streets Wanna Know, 2006's DJ Trigga Presents: Hell on Earth, 2006's New Gun In Town and 2007's Eat With Me or Eat a Box of Bullets. Albums include 2007's For the Hell of It and his upcoming 2008 album Black Mask and Gloves.
On The East Coast, specifically New Jersey, specifically Bergen County's Ridgefield Park, the words Hell Rell is commonly used to replace the words 'Hell Yea', 'Fuck Yea', and sometimes a simple 'Yes'

When someone or something is so uncontrollably savage or quote/un-quote "sav", that it can only be described fairly as being "sav as hell". More often than not used by those that consider themselves "sav" enough to bestow upon others the honor of being "sav as hell".

A trouble-seeking, aggressive person, who can -and does- turn any social situation into an argument, and, subsequently, a fight. Used as an adjective or a noun -for stereotyping purposes- this word could apply to any potential troublemaker.
Sometimes the term is applied to people who purposefully pick on other people seeking for a violent reaction, and the term could be exchanged with the word bully.
That dude is a hell raiser, he just stepped into the bar, started picking on random dudes and suddenly there was a massive fight going on.
