A racial slur for Native Americans that essentially means a native that has 'red' skin, and is 'white' on the inside. That broken down means a 'red' indian (Native American) that acts white (Acts white).
This term is usally given to Native Americans that do not speak with a 'rez' accent and/or grew up in a city. (As oppose to growing up on a reserve).
This term is usually used amongst Native Americans to insult other Native Americans.
An urban born First Nation walks by a group of reserve born First Nations...
"Everyone know's he's an apple."

Apparently, it's NBA lingo for a "hesitation-dribble and two steps." Basically, it's just the hottest thing on the market to say when you travel in basketball...but want to get away with it.

Crab Arm is a condition that you get from cracking someone else crab. He cause excruciating pain in the forearm and can leave the sufferer from ever cracking crab again.
Scott cracked so much crab the other night he woke up with crab arm.
